We measure from a true line.
Siyazama means we are making it happen. The name is a verb, not a slogan. Houses here are drawn from how a family lives, how a stand falls, and how afternoon light crosses a wall.

We are a residential studio, not a volume contractor. The same team who walks the stand in week one is there when the last skirting meets the floor.
Siyazama works across Johannesburg’s inner north — from Parkhurst courtyards to Waterkloof ridges — with a preference for houses that will still feel true in twenty years.
